🇵🇭Guests from the Philippines! A Special Seminar on Food and Health 🌱
We recently hosted a special seminar at Tokyo Terra Farm, welcoming ANTECH Inc., a Philippine-based organic infant milk company, along with a delegation of Pediatrician Delegates.
The participants were doctors dedicated to the health of children. Our discussions covered a wide range of topics, including the use of pesticides, environmental issues, and what we can do now for the children of the future.
Especially popular was our farm tour, where the doctors walked through the fields and tasted fresh vegetables right on the spot.
At Tokyo Terra Farm, we utilize the mechanisms of nature to the fullest, cultivating our vegetables without the use of pesticides.
Knowing the production process gave all participants a sense of security and understanding, allowing them to truly enjoy the taste of the freshly harvested vegetables to their hearts’ content.
Finally, we presented them with our farm’s specialty: baked sweet potatoes 🍠✨
We received many happy comments, such as, “Delicious!” and “We don’t have sweet potatoes this sweet in the Philippines!”
Notably, this was the second training session hosted by ANTECH Inc. for pediatricians, aiming to introduce a broader group of doctors to the site of safe and reliable vegetable cultivation in Japan.
Following the hugely successful event, the delegation promptly placed a reservation to visit again next year during the peak harvesting season! We are incredibly honored to be continuously chosen for this important program.
It was a fruitful day where we shared our passion for “food and health” across borders! 😊
